The Edward Hotel is an ideal location for visitors to University of Gloucestershire on short courses or on open days. The hotel is central to both the University and the city centre so there is no need to drive once you are here.

The University of Gloucestershire is a short walk of under ten minutes from the Edward Hotel. Turn right walk 300m up London Rd passing Hillfield Gardens, to the traffic lights beside St Catherine’s church. Turn left and at the roundabout you will see the Oxstalls campus. Cross the roundabout and take the first left to get to the main entrance of the University of Gloucestershire.

The parking facilities at the Oxstalls campus are limited so students and visitors are discouraged from travelling by car. There are ample bicycle racks and motorcycle spaces. The Edward Hotel has safe cycle lock  area. There is a bus that connects the Cheltenham campus with Oxstalls during term times. Bus routes no 94 and no10 stop outside the University.

Any visitors to the University requiring longer term accommodation may be interested in staying in a self-contained serviced apartment close to the hotel.
