Due to the recent pandemic we have refined our services in order to offer as much protection and reassurance to both guests and staff as possible.
During your stay our housekeeping staff will not enter your room. We will replace towels and remove rubbish daily from outside your room and replenish tea and biscuits etc as requested.
Following your departure bedrooms are either left vacant for 48 hrs and then thoroughly serviced. or where this is not possible we disinfect the room using an electric fogging machine and then clean in the usual way. The laundry is washed at the hottest level permitted for the item and clean laundry is rotated.
We are pleased to now be able to offer a full sit-down breakfast service, alternatively we can provide a takeaway breakfast. The choice is yours but it must be pre-booked the evening before to avoid compromising safety in the dining room. As an additional measure to aid social distancing the dining room will not be able to be used as a cut through to the carpark during breakfast
We have a kitchenette for guests to use. In addition we have installed a fridge and a microwave in many guest rooms as well. Guests are also welcome to order takeaway food and plate it in the hotel for eating in your room, the garden or the dining room within your group. All dining room tables have been separated into well defined areas.
If you wish to minimise contact further we are able to take payment for your room prior to arrival using the payment card provided upon booking. Please advise if you would like us to do this.
Hand sanitising gel is available for guests use and public areas are thoroughly cleaned regularly
