Location is one of our strengths.
We are close enough to the city centre to walk to and far away enough
not to be bothered by the function venues.

The Northgate was once the end of the famous Roman Ermin Street, that started in Cirencester! Northgate Street was part of the medieval city and has some beaufitul Tudor buildings. It leads to Gloucester Cathedral, the Guildhall, museums, Blackfriars, the Quays, the Docks, as well as the main shops and restaurants.
Northgate, Southgate, Westgate, and Eastgate streets form a cross around which the medieval city was based. London Road is an extension of that cross. It has been known locally as The Cross since a large stone cross was erected here.

Straight over The Cross leads past Tourist Information, St Mary De Crypt, Raikes House Greyfriars and Blackfriars towards Gloucester Docks and Gloucester Quays.

Left at The Cross leads to Gloucester Guildhall, Gloucester Art Gallery and Museum, and some Roman remains.

Right at The Cross leads to GloucesterCathedral Gloucester Folk Museum, the historic buildings of the Westgate quarter, and the River Severn.

The Edward is ideal for a number of business sites: Gloucester Business Park, Barnwood, GCHQ, RAF Innsworth, Eastern Avenue, Royal Hospital, Gloucester Quays and Oxstalls campus.
