| Liike all city centre roads London Road is busier between 5 and 6 pm. All front rooms and most rear facing have secondary glazing. |

| Most standard doubles have smaller bathrooms than executive. Of seven standard doubles two are ground floor smoking permitted. Two are front facing |

| Of six standard singles one is rear facing and one ground floor, two are top floor, and smoking permitted. |

Family rooms

| Family rooms have double and single beds and are otherwise the same as executive doubles but with slightly less floor space due to the extra bed. |

| Our family suite is ground floor rear facing and non smoking. It is self contained and just ten paces to the garden entrance of the hotel. You enter the suite via a lobby which leads to both bathroom and the first twin bedroom through which is th second bedroom generally made as a large double. The double can split to a twin to take four adults. |

| We have six ground floor rooms which have easy access to the car park. Most of these rooms have grab rails for the showers and w/c's. None are purposely built for wheelchair use but most wheelchairs can acces the rooms. |
