Our wording
|
| We shy away from using too many descriptive adjectives and avoid superlatives since one person's 'luxurious' can be another person's nightmare! 'Superking' refers to the size of the bed. We use 'Superior' to describe our best rooms. |

None of our rooms overlook busy public car parks, are close to |
railway lines, or neighbour any nightclubs, their outlook other than our |
grounds is residential. Like all city centre roads London Road is busier |
at peak periods. All front rooms and most rear facing have |
secondary glazing. |

Doubles
|
|
Although our standard doubles are smaller than Superking and Superior rooms |
.they still average16 square metres. A standard sized double bed with all the |
above facilities and present comfortable rooms at keen rates. |

Superking Doubles
|
Superking doubles are larger than Standard ones at approx 18 square meters. |
| They have larger superking (6') beds, more fabric treatments and are either in |
more preferred positions or have larger bathrooms than standard doubles. |

Superior Doubles
|
| These are the largest of our rooms with King sized beds (5'). Superior doubles |
are in the more preferred locations and have later checkout times (12 noon) |
and larger TV's. One superior room is ground floor, another has six steps to |
negotiate. The two that are front facing are set back from London Road, and |
| have secondary glazing. |

SuperFlex Doubles |
|
You can benefit from a keener rate if you are happy to be allocated either a |
Superking or Superior room subject to availability. These rooms are only bookable |
through our website (via Infotel) or by phone. |

Eco Doubles |
|
| You can benefit from an even more economic rate than a standard double. |
| Our Eco doubles are smaller in size than a standard room with compact bathrooms |
Still perfectly serviceable, smartly decorated with an armchair and desk, and other facilities as above. These rooms include our ‘short breakfast’ which is; tea/ coffee, |
| juice, cereals, toast. Cooked or continental breakfasts are available at extra cost. |
| We will offer a free upgrade to a larger double sized room sublect to availability. |
| These rooms are only available by telephoning the hotel. |
| |
Twins |
|
| Our Twins have two standard size single beds, and all the standard facilities listed |
| above. There are twins on all levels throughout the hotel. The décor in all of our |
| rooms is smart and snappy.One standard twin is ground floor. |

Superior Twins
|
Superior twins have a more preferred location and are slightly larger than standard |
|
| twins. They have larger Tv's and a later check out (12 noon). |

Singles |
| Our Singles have standard size single beds, and all the general facilities listed above. |
| Of six standard singles four are rear facing and one ground floor, two are top floor. |

Family / Multiple rooms |

| Family (3) rooms have one double and one single bed |
| |
| Our Family (4) suite is ground floor rear facing . It is self contained flat ten metres |
| from the garden entrance of the hotel. A lobby leads to both bathroom and the |
| twin bedroom, through which is the second bedroom which can be made up as |
| a superking or a twin. |

| Our Family (4) room has a double with two 2'6" single beds suitable for children. |
| |
| Our triple is a large room with three standard beds with quality memory foam . |
| matresses.This room is top floor with beamed sloping ceiling, head height in places. |
| This room has a large TV and a sofa. |
| |
Ground Floor and rooms for the less abled |
| |
| We have six ground floor rooms which have easy access to the car park. Most of |
| these rooms have grab rails for the showers and w/c's.Our rooms were not purpose |
| built for wheelchair use but most wheelchairs can acces the rooms, see our access |
| statement for more information. |
