The Edward Hotel is the only privately run independent hotel in the centre of Gloucester. The hotel is grade 2 listed. It was originally built as three terraced town houses between 1796 and 1830, and was converted to an hotel in 1971.
The Edward Hotel offers a blend of personality and professionalism that reflects our mix of quality, value for money, and traditional service. Emphasis is upon accommodation rather than fine dining and upon peace and quiet rather than alcohol and functions. Our location, out of earshot of the city clubs and pubs, is a real bonus.
